Church Audit Preparation: Bethel will be undergoing an audit in the near future. In order to be in compliance with accepted audit procedures, all organization and ministries must submit receipts for requested vouchers within 10 days of completion of expenditures. Starting immediately any new voucher requests will be held until receipts are received for the prior requests. This procedure is in effect immediately. Please see any members of the Stewardship and Finance Committee if you any questions.

Sons of Allen Conference ALL Men Of Bethel are encouraged to attend the Second Episcopal District Sons of Allen Conference here at Bethel on September 30th - October 2nd. Registration fee is $55. SUNDAY SCHOOL
Pastor Jefferson requests that at least each first Sunday that we attend Sunday/Church School. Please remember there are no reasons not to attend.
All church provided transportation must be approved by Pastor Jefferson prior to the date transportation is needed. Transportation request forms may be obtained from our church office, Brothers David Boswell or Isaac Taylor. Transportation will not be provided to any church organization without prior approval of Pastor Jefferson. Any questions concerning transportation should be directed to Brother David Boswell 898-4036 or Brother Isaac Taylor 851-3523. The success of this procedure depends on your cooperation.
