DIRECTIONS: Please provide the following information to complete your volunteer request. Upon submission, your request will be reviewed and you will be contacted regarding next steps.

Please note that the Nursery Center opens at 10 am and operates during the entire morning service on 3rd, 4th, and 5th Sundays. The Nursery Center is looking to expand availability to 1st and 2nd Sundays with the assistance of volunteers. Thank you for your willingness to assist this ministry!
