Bethel A.M.E. Church of Hampton and the Hampton (VA) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated have partnered to hold a series of initiatives to address the wellness challenges that our “new normal” have presented. Our mission is to improve the health and wellness of women of color during the pandemic, which has resulted in a wellness drought. The Women’s Health Initiative will get people together in the Hampton Roads Area for the purpose of unified virtual exercise, health and wellness education and discussions regarding women’s health needs.

Bethel A.M.E. Church of Hampton (www.bethelhame.com) has served the city of Hampton and the surrounding community since 1864. Bethel is known as "The Church with a Smile" where special attention is given to the needy, senior citizens, youth and families.

For almost 70 years, the Hampton (VA) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated (www.hamptonlinks.org) , a woman’s non-profit volunteer service organization, has sponsored programs to enrich, sustain and ensure the cultural and economic survival of African Americans.

We will meet the 1st through 4th Thursdays of each month and the 4th Saturday of each month.
